How To Use SnoreWell™

1. Prepare Your Skin

Clean and dry the area beneath your chin. Trimmed stubble is fine, but a full beard may require a small clear patch of skin for proper adhesion.

2. Apply The Gel Patch

Remove the protective backing and position the gel patch beneath your chin, with the grooved side facing your throat.

3. Secure The Patch

Press the patch firmly against your skin for approximately 30 seconds to ensure full contact.

4. Attach Your SnoreWell™ Device

Turn on SnoreWell™ and attach the device to the gel patch using the magnetic connection.

5. Choose Your Stimulation Level

Press the control button to cycle through the three stimulation levels. We recommend starting on Level 1 and only increasing the intensity if needed for your comfort.

6. Remove, Recharge & Store

Switch off SnoreWell™ after use and gently remove the device and gel patch. Place the device back into its charging case to keep it protected and ready for your next use.
