How do I choose the right KneeWell™ size?
For the best fit, measure around your leg above and below the knee, then compare your measurements with the KneeWell™ size chart shown at the top of the page.
If you fall between two sizes or sit right on the upper end of a measurement range, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How does the adjustment dial work?
The KneeWell™ adjustment dial lets you quickly fine tune the tension around your knee.
Simply turn the dial clockwise to tighten the brace until it feels comfortably secure.
To loosen the tension, turn the dial anti-clockwise by two clicks to release it, then readjust as needed until the fit feels right.
Will KneeWell™ slip or roll down during the day?
KneeWell™ is designed with silicone anti-slip detailing and a close, contoured fit to help keep the brace comfortably in position while you’re on the go.
For the best hold, make sure you’ve chosen the correct size, position the patella gel pad over your kneecap, and adjust the dial until the brace feels comfortably secure.
How tight should I adjust KneeWell™?
KneeWell™ should feel snug and supportive, not restrictive.
You should still be able to bend your knee comfortably without pinching, tingling, numbness or excessive pressure.
A good fit should feel secure around the knee without leaving deep marks or making your leg feel uncomfortable.
If you notice any of these signs, reduce the tension slightly until the brace feels comfortable again.
Can I wear KneeWell™ throughout the day?
Yes. KneeWell™ is designed for extended wear and can be kept on for as long as it remains comfortable for you.
If you’re new to wearing a knee brace, it can be a good idea to start with shorter periods and gradually increase wear time as you get used to it.
It doesn’t need to be worn continuously all day to be useful.
Can KneeWell™ be worn under pants or clothing?
Yes. KneeWell™ can be worn under most loose or regular-fitting clothing. Its sleeve-style design sits close to the leg, although the adjustment dial may be noticeable under tighter pants.
For the most comfortable fit, choose clothing with a little extra room around the knee rather than very tight or restrictive fabrics.
Is KneeWell™ different for the left and right knee?
Yes. KneeWell™ comes in separate Left Knee and Right Knee versions, with each one shaped to fit its corresponding side correctly.
Simply choose the side you need before adding KneeWell™ to your cart.
How do I wash and care for KneeWell™?
KneeWell™ is washable. For the best long-term care, we recommend hand washing in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then allowing it to air dry naturally.
Avoid high heat, tumble drying or ironing, as this may damage the fabric and affect the brace over time.
